The location of the hotel was very central, close to the bar/restaurant, city center and lots of restaurant and the football stadium. Found a place called Medexcbd, set minutes away from the property, ate there a few times. Booked a room with excellent views over the park. The decor was great and the staff were really kind and lovely.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unwelcoming.

Spotless units in the brooklyn newspaper, loved it.

The bathrooms are flooded.

Greatly enjoyed coffee-making facilities and soundproof windows in the room.

I really appreciated how quiet the nights were, letting me enjoy a perfect night's sleep after exploring the New Walk Museum and the scenic views at Knighton Park just a short stroll away, making it easy to discover Leicester's rich history and beautiful green spaces as a solo traveler.

The units are impeccable, huge.

The room was spacious and featured an American/Brooklyn theme, including good little extras and a comfortable bed. There were issues with the air conditioning being uncontrollable, and we experienced disturbances from other guests during the night, affecting our sleep. Despite the cleanliness and the enjoyable decoration, the bar prices felt quite high. Thank you for the homemade organic products offered. They were a lovely touch!

Couple stay was nice

It was so spacious and easy to operate, honestly the best I've ever experienced. Not to forget the huge windows in our room that brought in all that natural light, seemed like we were living in luxury.

The bathroom was fine, with a spacious shower and excellent lighting. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in a long time. A wide variety of tasty items. The staff were friendly. I encountered some issues with limited parking availability. I noticed it could easily become crowded, so plan ahead if you drive. While the room temperature was controlled, it took a while to warm up upon arrival was nice.

It was just an excellent fit for a short break in Leicester with reasonable value. The bar staff were fantastic, making the evening enjoyable. Just check in early if you want breakfast sorted out before venturing out.

The atmosphere in the bar was lively, with a DJ creating a fun vibe that really made my evenings special. Breakfast offerings were excellent, particularly the fresh Belgian waffles that added a good touch to my mornings. I found the parking to be somewhat limited and needed to be pre-booked, which could be improved driving in.

The presence of mold in the bathroom extractor and a mystery stain on the wall was unsettling. It didn't contribute to the premium experience I was expecting. Some noise disturbances were noted at times. The air conditioning unit, akin to a jet engine, made it hard to find peace in the room, and the uncomfortable bed left me needing painkillers upon returning home.
